The end of exploitation comes when a unit of people comes together to form a cooperative that will take in the entire capitalistic system, not just a segment of it.

 

This coop has to have an arrangement with all of its members to supply all goods and services at competitive prices with the surrounding businesses.  In turn the members agree to purchase all of the goods and services they need from the coop.  At the end of the year when the profits are calculated, the coop gives all its members a refund based on how much they spent.  The refund is in the form of a credit and the actual cash is used by the coop for its expansion or any other need it has
